Almond Cream Cheese Frosting


2 1/2 cups confectioners sugar

4 oz cream cheese, softened

1/4 teaspoon almond extract

1 tablespoon whole milk


Step 1Sift confectioners sugar over cream cheese in a large bowl and beat with an electric mixer at moderate speed until light and fluffy, about 2 minutes. Beat in extract and milk until just incorporated (be careful not to overbeat, or mixture will become too loose).
