
Christmas Flan
Some of the best Flan you'll ever have!

1c sugar---for bottom carmel sauce
1 8oz pkg of cream cheese - softened
1 can of evaporated milk
5 eggs
1c sugar
1/2c water
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
dash of salt

Step 11. Add 1c of sugar to a pan and stir over med heat until melted into a brown caramel sauce. Pour sauce into four to six individual ramekins (depends on the size of the ramekin). Arrange in a 9x13 pan filled half way with warm water. Put aside.
Step 22. Pre-heat oven at 350 degrees.
Step 33. Mix the rest of the ingredients in a bowl until well blended.
Step 44. Spoon this mixture into each ramekin over the caramel sauce and put in the oven for 45 minutes.
Step 55. Take out of the oven and run knife around the edge of each ramekin to loosen the flan.
Step 66. Place a place over a ramekin, turn over, remove the ramekin, and the caramel sauce will now be on top.
Step 77. Enjoy!
