Easy Raisin Granola

Main Ingredient: Nut Recipe



Nonstick vegetable oil spray

3 cups old-fashioned oats

1 cup almonds (silvered)

1/3 cup sesame seeds

6 tablespoons pure maple syrup

6 tablespoons dark brown sugar

1/4 cup vegetable oil

2 tablespoons warm water

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 cup raisins

Step 1Preheat oven to 250°F

Step 2Spray a rimmed baking sheet with oil spray.

Step 3Toss oats, almonds and sesame seeds in a bowl.

Step 4Whisk the syrup, brown sugar, oil, 2 tablespoons warm water and salt in a separate bowl.

Step 5Pour the syrup mixture over the oat mixture and stir.

Step 6Transfer to the prepared baking sheet.

Step 7Bake about 1 hour 15 minutes (Stir every once in a while). Cool. Transfer to large bowl and add the raisins
