Black pepper - 4-5 tspn

Ginger - small piece

Garlic - 7-8 pods

Grated coconut - quarter cup

Salt

Cloves - 3

Corriander seeds - 1 tspn

Directions

Step 1Grind 1 onion with black pepper, ginger, garlic, grated coconut, cloves, cinnamon, cardomom, corriander seeds and make a fine paste. Keep it aside.

Step 2Chop the second onion and fry in oil on low flame. Then add the ground paste and fry till the raw smell goes. Then add the chicken pieces and salt, add some water and let it cook on low flame till you get a gravy like consistency & the chicken is tender.
