1 oz pineapple juice

.75 oz cinnamon maple syrup

.5 oz lemon juice

.5 oz apple cider vinegar

1 oz lemon tonic


Serve in a Rocks Glass

Step 1For the Cinnamon maple syrup:

Step 24 cinnamon sticks

Step 3750 ml water

Step 4500 ml sugar

Step 5500 ml maple syrup

Step 6For the cocktail:

Step 7Combine ingredients in Collins glass over crushed ice and swizzle until thoroughly mixed.

Step 8Garnish with cinnamon stick and pineapple wheel.
