Mashed Potatoes and Brown Gravy

5 lg Idaho russet potatoes:
2 1/2 2 1/2-1 c milk
3 tb Butter or margarine
1 tb Miracle Whip or Nayonaisse
Salt and Pepper
2 pk Pioneer Brown Gravy Mix
Step 1Boil the spuds in water until soft.
Step 2Drain well and mash with potato masher in large bowl.
Step 3Use electric mixer and whip potatoes, adding milk as desired. Stir in butter or margarine, salt, pepper, and the secret to creaminess: the tablespoon of miracle whip or mayo!
Step 4Prepare the brown gravy according to package directions to serve with potatoes and meatloaves.
