1 med. red onion

1/2 cup diced pepper

1 tbsp. chopped parsley

1/4 cup sour cream

1 tbsp. soy sauce

1 tbsp. wine vinegar

1/2 cup mayonnaise

Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Step 1Put corn, onion, pepper and parsley in bowl and mix.

Step 2In small bowl whisk together cream and soy sauce.

Step 3Add vinegar, whisk to blend.

Step 4Add mayonnaise and whisk until light and frothy.

Step 5Mix with corn mixture and chill.
