Peach Protein Shake
I started making these for breakfast so I could cut down on meat and slowly get back into my vegetarian ways. The high amount of protein in the powder also keeps you fuller longer so you don't do mindless munching or unhealthy mid-morning snacks!
1 Main Ingredient: N Cuisine: American
2 scoops protein shake mix (Vanilla flavored)
1 cup almond milk
1 cup frozen peaches, thawed, or fresh peaches sliced
1 tsp honey

Step 1Put all ingredients in a blender and puree till smooth.
Step 2Pulse if peach chunks remain.
Step 3Pour into glass and drink.
