Simple Stuffed Eggs

10 gr. olive oil
A Sprinkle of Parmesan cheese
1 Clove Chopped Garlic or garlic powder
Capers & parsley leaf for dressing
TipsUsing olive oil instead of mayonnaise makes for a healthier version of deviled eggs than using Mayonnaise. You can also substitute with Greek Yogurt for an even healthier - yet delicious version of stuffed eggs.
Step 1Boil 4 eggs and peel, then cut each egg in half, length-wise.
Step 2Carefully remove the yolk and mix it very well with a little oil, salt, cheese, and garlic.
Step 3From this composition, forms little balls and place on every half glair (where the yolk previously was).
Step 4Sprinkle with paprika and dress each egg with one caper and 2 leaves of parsley.
