Creamy meat and vegetable filled healthy casarole topped off with a toasted bread crumb crust.

4 lbs. Browned Ground Beef or Turkey (for leaner dish).
4 cps. Cubed Yellow Summer Squash
4 cps. Cubed Zucchini
4 cps. Croutons OR Cube Toasted Bread
24-30 oz. Ricotta Cheese
2 tsp. Pepper
2 tsp. Garlic Powder
1 tsp. Salt
3 cps. Seasoned Bread Crumbs

Step 1In big cassarole dish add ground beef (turkey for low cal.)
Step 2mix in one at a time squash,zucchini,croutons, riccotta cheese and seasonings.Mix well then top with bread crumb.
Step 3Bake at 325* for 30-35 min.until top is golden brown.Serve as main dish and great for hearty healthy lunch.
