2 canned truffles with the juice

If you can't find whole truffles (or if the cost of truffles is too damn high) you have options. First, you can buy truffle caviar (sliced truffles that are preserved in a jar). You can also buy minced truffles in a jar. But stay away from truffle oil, it's scented with chemicals and just does not match up to the real thing. You can pick a cheaper alternative like pecan truffles or porcini mushrooms.
