LESS THAN 1 STAR! POOR SERVICE – DANGEROUS – DID NOT CARE ABOUT AN ALLERGIC REACTION THEY WERE RESPONSIBLE FOR & DID NOT COME TO THE TABLE AFTER LEARNING ABOUT IT TO MAKE SURE SHE WAS OK.
While visiting from the state of Washington, I took my family out to dinner. Inquiring about the ribeye stake & shrimp special, I asked if the shrimp could be on a separate plate for my daughter-in-law stating that SHE IS ALLERGIC TO ALL SEAFOOD and NO SEAFOOD CAN TOUCH ANY OF HER FOOD. She opted to, not order the special and ordered breaded veal cutlet with mashed potatoes. After 2 bites of the breaded veal she had an allergic reaction. We advised the personnel of her allergic reaction and asked if the veal was deep fried in the same oil as seafood. The waitress came back and asked if she wanted to reorder. She said no. Her lips and tongue were tingling and swelling. My son went to the counter and asked if they had benadryl on hand, NO. I drove to BP for benadryl. When I returned she was already experiencing some breathing issues. Two benadryl in and carefully observing her, symptoms began reversing.
THE OWNER WAS ON SITE AND NEVER SPOKE US. HE & THE PERSONNEL WENT ABOUT THEIR BUSINESS WITH NO CONCERN FOR HER WELLBEING. We were told that her meal would be comped. Symptoms lessening more, she finely ordered a different meal. Our meals were cold and they balked at replacing them. Then, we had to ask for our check. THEY CHARGED FOR HER MEAL. I asked, “Your charging for her meal after what happened to her when her allergy was mentioned?” She spoke to the owner, who was cooking, came back and said “YES!”
PLEASE, IF YOU HAVE ANY ALLERGY DO NOT EAT HERE, THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR WELL-BEING!
