Zesty Versatile Marinade

This marinade is simple and versatile. It's easy to use and perfect for ribs, chicken, pork, beef, or as a glaze. The ideal way to use this is by processing the ingredients in a juicer, until the mustard seed is smooth.

Ingredients
2 tsps whole mustard seed
2 tbsps Worcestershire
1 tsp Whole Peppercorn melange' or Peppercorn Medley
1 slice red onion
1 pinch of White Pepper
1 small fresh clove of garlic
1/3 Cup Lite Italian Dressing

Cooking Instructions
Step 1 Blend ingredients in a juicer.
Step 2 Consitency should be near liquid with only specks of pepper and mustard seed remaining.
Step 3 **Hint: Best to marinate for 24 hours in fridge before cooking.
Step 4 Use to marinade meats, chicken, steak, ribs, or poultry before baking or grilling.
