You need to know your appreciation of Chinese food. Some dishes rate 10/10. Some don't.Find the dishes you like, they will deliver.My favorites are Singapore chow mai fun, pork fried rice, moo shu , with sides of shrimp rolls, hot and sour soup.Can't go wrong

We have been going to Grand Hunan since we got married and moved to the area in 1994! We love the food and the delivery driver is always friendly! I hope the stay there for a long time!

This is our go-to place for Chinese takeout! The food isn't very fancy of course, you could get something possibly more authentic at a dine-in restaurant. However, everything we order is always delicious. In particular, their Kung Pao chicken is very tasty. They also are willing to make food spicier if you request it. Portions are generous for the prices, and we normally have enough food leftover for a second full meal.

Vegetarian review: The veggie lo mein hit the spot and the hot and sour soup was tasty. Veggie dumplings were a bit disappointing.Delivery was on time and right to my apartment door.

Very ignorant, order a fried shrimp basket & only got shrimp. No fries or rice? Then once given your food they act like you not welcome. 2nd time ordering & I could tell they hate/dislike black people

I ordered combination lo mein and asked that vegetables like broccoli be added. They delivered the dish with ALL vegetables and zero meat. I paid for a meat dish! Then the dumplings had hair in the dough. I asked for a refund and they said no. Plus, they're sending their driver back to pick up the vegetable lo mein as if I was lying about their mistake. Shame on this restaurant. Too bad that their food is actually tasty. However, it's clear that their service is poor. I spent $33 on this place tonight and they treated me like a $2 customer.

I've ordered from Grand Hunan several times in the past and always thought it was pretty decent for the price.I recently placed an order for Szechuan beef and fried rice. Both dishes were flavorless (especially surprising since I requested the Szechuan beef be extra spicy) and the quality of the beef was some of the worst I've encountered at a Chinese restaurant.On a positive note, the food was ready on time and the staff was friendly. However, the food was unsatisfactory and I really don't think I'll be ordering again any time soon.

Don't order from here. It's terrible.First off, delivery guy did not read instructions left on the online order and caused some confusion. But, besides that, the food is pretty horrible. You would think they could get fried rice right, but it's pretty bland. The Szechuan Chicken is incredibly bad and has no flavor. Considering I asked for extra spicy, there was no spice to it at all. It was also rather soggy and fatty. The Hot and Sour soup wasn't even hot or sour, let alone spicy. The only thing they got right was the egg rolls and the steamed rice, which I didn't even ask for considering I ordered just fried rice.

TODAY, I ORDERED 7 DISHES $100. The food was delivered to my home. IT WAS A MESS, because sauce was leaking all over the place. IT GOT ALL OVER THE FLOOR OF THE LOBBY OF MY BUILDING. This happened the last time, when eggplant sauce leaked. PLEASE, PUT THE FOOD INTO 3 BAGS SO THIS DOES NOT HAPPEN. If it happens again, I will not buy.--------I LOVE YOUR FOOD, BUT I CANNOT HAVE THIS MESS. You put 6 entrees into 1 bad and 1 in a 2nd bag. WHY? You should be more careful. I SPEND A LOT OF MONEY.

I had brought shrimp fried rice , it usually would had bean sprouts, onions but I had noticed no bean sprouts.So I called and the staff,cook was very disrespectful and said no more and something in her language..So I said to her to slow down ,English and asked , why no bean sprouts and she still being rude ..no more.. no more..Well, I guess my complaint is she spoke clear English when she took my money and being rude for wanting what I typically purchase from this carry out was just too much for her to handled. Good Customer service was just too much to ask for.these days.lol
