We visited on a Sunday evening, they were very helpful in helping me select a gluten free dish and even offered me a plate of carrots since I could not eat the bread as I am gluten sensitive. Not every restaurant knows how to cater to customers with gluten issues and I Thank them for making my dinner experience much more enjoyable. The food was also delicious and we later saw a picture of Gordon Ramsey with the owner. We love Gordon’s restaurants too. We’re glad we stopped here.

This restaurant came highly recommended from our sister company in Chicago. After our experience i'm still asking myself how I didn't know about this place. The food was hot and fresh. The veal melts in your mouth, so tender you don't even need a knife. Our waitress Becky was so pleasant. Truth be told, i live in the area and for some reason had never thought to try it out. With so many restaurant in the neighborhood this one just slipped under the radar. The food was so good that it prompted me to write my first review. The place is quiet and spacious it was perfect for our small meeting. I highly recommend it. My friends are still raving about it.

This is a small, intimate dining location in Boston's North End. It's within walking distance of the North End Garage which is an excellent parking location for Boston events (especially those in the center of the city or just north of Boston). We arrived around 5:00 pm and reservations were not necessary. The wait staff was excellent, as was the food! The pricing was also excellent. I would most definitely recommend this establshment.

I noticed there were some false reviews about this place by a few people from about 2 months ago below. The food was excellent. The portions were very fitting for the price. Freshness was there. Flavors were stunning. Decor and staff were elegant and quite nice. Dining ware was clean; which is nearly a rare find at some other places in Boston. So this was very appealing. Bathrooms were clean and well kept. The owners were a delight and courteous to myself and the other diners. Would definitely recommend this place. So glad this place made a turn for the better. The owners were wise to have reached out to Chef Gordon Ramsay. So glad to have been able to dine here on vacation. Can’t wait to return to Boston just so I can come back to the NorthEnd side and revisit this place. 5 stars all across. ???? ???? ???? ???? ????

We enjoyed the food and the ambiance, and the prices were pretty good. My friend and I did have to ask for water 4 times from 2 people and then eventually received the water eventually, which was the only.problem we had there. Other than that, it was very nice. We ordered the bruscetta, linguini and meatballs, and the chicken risotto. :-)

Visiting Boston for a quick weekend trip we were looking for a place with good food that didnt have a long wait on a Friday night. There are many options in little Italy but LA Galleria 33 was outstanding. I had the eggplant ravioli and my wife had the shrimp parmigian. We also had a calamari appetizer. Everything was fantastic, including the friendly staff and atmosphere. Highly recommend

This off the beaten path restaurant is located on the North end of Boston in the little Italy section. So food and service are exceptional and it's well worth the extra walk. The best idea to visit would be to go via public transportation because parking and traffic are difficult in the entire area.

The good, the bad, and the ugly. The goodWe ordered two chicken parms, a cacciatore, and a carbonara. They were by all means, perfect minus a dry piece of cacciatore. Pasta was cooked well and parm was juicy. Sauce was really delicious. The badThe service throughout the meal was really awful. We were given only a few minutes after sitting before the waiter asked for our meal choices. This place seems fairly nice and the ambience is relaxing so we expected a similar style to the meal. Not expecting a quick meal just to churn customers. The bread was served minutes before our meal came out because they forgot to bring in to the table. It was plain white bread served a white bean sauce with oil, pepper flakes, rosemary, and lemon. It was cold and not that good. The uglyThe bathrooms were in the basement like most city restaurants. The stairs were giving way as I walked down them. The door on the bathroom did not lock / was busted so they installed a lock hook much like a gate would have. Bathroom was dirty with pee and hair everywhere. Toilet did not flush without holding level. The waiter was nonexistent during our meal. At the end of the meal, I split the check evenly with someone in our party. The waiter came back and started saying that he would “need to know who’s card this is”. He charged the full amount to the other card and had to void the transaction before charging half of the charge like instructed. This could have been okay had he not explained and presented the mistake so poorly.Overall, if you are looking for great Italian food without the family style service that the North End brings than this is the place for you. If you’re looking for a great night out and value for your money, look elsewhere. I’d gladly order that chicken parmigiana again because it really was great but you’d be hard pressed to find me in this establishment again.

Galleria used to be one of my favorite places in the North End. I brought my family and friends the past two times they visited Boston and our experience was awful. While the food is delicious, you have to wait over two hours for food. In addition, the service was terrible. Our waiter never checked on the table. Over the three hour dinner we never received refills on water, drinks, or bread. The first time we had this experience we thought it was an anomaly. Sadly, it has become the norm. I wish them the best, but I will not be returning. They have embarrassed me in front of friends and family.
