Stayed for a night and used my corporate discount code for a king bed suite. Requested to get a upgrade to a city view, but instead got upgraded to a park view which was complimentary and the view was very nice! Overall the stay was nice, but if I had to pay full price I probably would not book again. For sure there are other hotels with the same kind of view/interior for a much cheaper price. Staff is very friendly and you can message the hotel through chat on the Hilton App and they are very responsive to any issues.

As a Diamond member, we were upgraded to a one bedroom suite which was very nice and super clean. You couldn’t hear much of any noise from outside or the hallway on the 29th floor so sleep quality was great.The breakfast at the hotel restaurant is very average for the price in my opinion. Diamond members get $25/day per person to cover breakfast and it isn’t enough to cover the full amount once taxes are paid. For what they charge, the breakfast buffet just isn’t up to the standard it should be.We did have one issue with the staff. On a day when it was pouring rain outside, we asked for an umbrella from the concierge because there was not one in our room. The gentleman was quite rude to us and told us to go back to our room and one would be sent up within 10 minutes. We waited 20 minutes and no one ever arrived so we had to venture out in the rain with no umbrella. It may seem small but at a hotel of this caliber and price point things like this just should never happen.

Loved everything about my stay here. From the warm smiles we received at check in, to making sure we were comfortable the whole time we stayed there. The beds were super comfortable and clean, the bathroom shower strong ( I loved that), and the views were great. Concierge service very helpful and the breakfast very complete and coffee was great. Located 15 walking minutes from everything...I'll definitely be coming back here.

Misleading advertising photos.Rooms with two Queen beds don’t have a view, but booking websites shows apposite.We choose Conrad midtown because of location, rating and promised view to Manhattan. The view was very important requirement for our trip and we failed to have it by Booking this hotel. I wouldn’t mind if we paid under 1k per night, but we paid 2,5k for two night for the regular suite.Despite this room itself was specious compared with other hotels in NYC. The Bed is comfortable and everything was very clean. Staff is friendly and accommodating.Design, ambience, lobby, restaurant are nothing special.Overall experience was decent, but I won’t comeback.

We had a wonderful stay at the Conrad for my birthday! We had an issue with our room at check-in, but the staff worked diligently to resolve it and we were moved to a wonderful suite. Thank you Alicia! The entire hotel staff were incredible. The housekeeping was stellar. Every time we left our suite we came back to fresh water and towels. On our first night we arrived to our room and they had a lovely birthday surprise with balloons, dessert and a card signed by the entire staff! I've never experienced such personal warmth and hospitality like that. The hotel deserves their 5 star rating. Not to mention the location- ideal for seeing sites. Thank you for making our trip memorable!

I usually don’t give reviews but after my stay I felt I must. My wife and I was so well taken care of. From the time we checked in to the time we checked out. Everyone was so professional and friendly. Room service was superb and the gym was outstanding! I loved the room as being so spacious, quiet and clean! Thanks everyone! I definitely will be back upon my next trip to NYC.

An absolutely fantastic hotel in a great location with amazing rooms and incredible service! We were greeted with smiling faces and Chris helped take our things up to our room. Chris was super helpful the entire visit - thank you for your amazing hospitality! My wife and I are still raving about the room - just incredible with wonderful views. So spacious too! Great shower and pillows were awesome. Can't beat the location either, close to so many things. Thank you for an amazing trip! I can't wait to bring the family back!!

Really can't beat the location. Rooms were nice and clean. Stayed in a 1 bedroom suite. Could use a tiny bit of care. The thermostat was a little wonky and one of the floor lamps was barely hanging on. The drapes in one of the rooms needed to be reattached along the track. Bathroom sliding door is unusually loud and hard to close. But, room was a great size and had a nice street view. Had a small issue with mini bar charges, but all was taken care of and resolved at check out. Overall, housekeeping service was great. Front desk was personable. No real complaints on my stay. Would definitely stay here again.
