If you like tacos there is no reason not to go to Rudy's! I tell everyone about them because they are the best around! Honestly its the only place I go for tacos! The staff is great and the prices are even better for the amount you get!
Run, don't walk, run from this establishment!
Well, maybe that's a bit harsh, we did enjoy a number of items off of the salad bar that had been purchased from outside vendors and plated for consumption. Otherwise, this restaurant would be an embarassment to the people of Brazil. I cannot imagine that our friends in South America simply take a piece of meat, cook it with a gas flame or electric broiler, not using a spice rub, marinade, or cooking with hard wood for the smoke flavor, and call it delicious! Our waitress actually had the nerve to suggest that our request for steak sauce (gotta get flavor somehow) was surprising because most people just like the flavor of meat! LOL - are you kidding me? We would have accomplished the same taste had we purchased a low grade meat from Food Lion and boiled it.
Believe me, take the $140 for three dinners (incl tax and tip) and go to Golden Corral - at least your steak will be enjoyable.
Stay away from this restaurant. We can only hope that the downtown restaurant scene will be blessed with the departure of Espeto na Brasa and the opening of a restaurant with a chef who knows how to cook.
