Came here for our two year anniversary and this was my first time at the melting pot! We opten for the big night out dinner for two! Did the classic alpine fondue, big night out entree and swapped the shrimp for pork, and did the original fondue with dark chocolate.All very delicious food and the staff was very friendly and wonderful! We made our reservation online and my boyfriend added the anniversary photo to our dinner so they took our photo and we got a few copies of it! We also got a cute happy anniversary card and a box of dark chocolate to take home!

We had a wonderful waiter tonight that expressed that he knew we were under a time constraint. He had a waiter in training while he was serving us! Wonderful service and excellent quality of food which was well worth the value. 10/10 will be back again!

The food is wonderful and the experience is wonderful. Stephanie was our waitress and she was on par with communication and very pleasant. She is the reason many people will enjoy coming to the Melting Pot. 5 star review and I hope her manager sees this review and commends her for her excellent work.

My boyfriend and I went here for our four year anniversary and had a wonderful experience! We decided on the lovers lane special which was wonderful for everything that it comes with. You get two keepsake champagne glasses along with champagne of your choice of sweet of dry, a card greeting you to the table, your picture taken, your choice of milk, dark or white chocolates to take home, private seating and a four course meal! Our waitress, Krystal, made our anniversary so special!Thank you!

Double Date for an early Valentine’s Day.Destiny was our server and was fantastic. Attentive, informative, & pleasant. Answered every question. Accommodated having two couples who wanted different choices although we split a single burner. Excellent house recommendations. Delicious food.Recommend the salmon and chicken!!!Both couples ordered the bigger platter for two and left stuffed.

As soon I walked down the stairs to this underground restaurant and opened the door my nose was filled with the aroma of what I assumed was the AMAZING food I was about to consume.This is not just an order and eat establishment. This is an entire experience that I wasn’t even expecting. It was my 30th birthday and our table was decorated and my husband and I got our picture taken.Our server Stacy was so helpful. She kept our drinks coming, along with the 4 Course Meal for 2 that we had ordered. She gave us all the tips and tricks from dipping our fondue to special cooking tips on our entree’s. She was so sweet and the entire staff was helpful and eager to help my birthday be amazing!The food was high quality and prepared beautifully until we dug in and devoured almost everything. The courses were spaced out nicely , courtesy of Stacy. The best part was our amazing array of deserts to dip in the Banana Foster fondue. Stacey lit it on fire and caramelized it perfectly!Needless to say my husband and I were extremely happy with the entire experience. We were there for almost 3 hours. It didn’t feel that long because we had a blast and an amazing meal!

My wife and I went here for an anniversary and it was so beautiful and such a great experience! The food and service was amazing and the menu had plenty of options to choose from if you have dietary restrictions. The ambiance of the whole restaurant created a really nice experience for our date!Vegetarian options: They had more than one vegetarian menu option for both broths as well as items to cook in the fondue.Parking: There were a few parking garages surrounding the restaurant Wheelchair accessibility: They have an elevator to help you get down into the restaurant Dietary restrictions: They are vegan, vegetarian, low carb, and sweet tooth friendly!

My husband and I went to the melting pot for our anniversary. We sat in the lovers lane and it was absolutely amazing. So romantic. The sweet champagne was perfect through out the whole meal.We got 2 alcoholic drinks, and the lovers lane, it was $233 before tip.The staff was also so friendly, and accommodating. They did such a good job making sure our glasses stayed full and even offered us seconds of dessert and the appetizer

This was my second time in. If you're looking for something different, something that you and your wife or the whole family will enjoy; than give this place a try. I mean whom doesn't love cheese and chocolate? The service is on point, they never leave you looking for someone to help you. Friendly and patient staff makes for a pleasent experience. The hands on meal will keep you entertained and leave you feeling like a chef. I suggest you get there early on Friday and Saturday evening, or make a reservation. I haven't seen my wife smile that big in a Lil while; and we enjoy alot of good meals. I definitely will be returning.
