The Velvet Cafe Coupons

I cant believe we have been dining her over a year and I'm just filling out a review. My husband and I moved to Waynesboro a little over a year ago. We had heard friends talk about the Velvet Cafe so we gave it a try? We haven't gotten a meal when didn't absolutely love. We dine there 2 & 3 times a week. We always start off with a bowl of MD Crab soup!!!! Its the best we've ever eaten! We sometimes take a quart home!! I was in Waynesboro Hospital and my husband would bring me Crab soup. We've been for breakfast it's delicious!! The wait staff has become like family. The prices are reasonable, the food in homemade and delicious! Not to mention the icecream. Their isn't a flavor they don't have. So our review is if you've never tried the Velvet Cafe you don't know what your missing?!?! Give them a try!!

Wonderful restaurant. Amazing food at low prices. You can get a cheeseburger and if meal for cheaper than you can get it at any fast food restaurant and it is fresh. The staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. You feel like your at home eating, the environment is very comforting.

Small-town diner, with great comfort foods. Staff is always friendly and attentive. Large menu with sooo many choices! Food is delicious. Small salad bar available. Flavored sodas/drinks are always a choice - just ask. Don't forget the ice cream for dessert - even if it's a "just-a-nuff" sundae! ???? It was a group of 10 worked at the same place and now retired. We had lunch to catch up on our lives since we retired. Atmosphere was the same as always. Food was ok. Better than fast food. Everyone seemed pleased with their lunch selections.Food: 5/5  |  Service: 5/5  |  Atmosphere: 5/5

Today was my first time eating here and it was a great experience. I ordered the beef liver and onions, (which came with 2 sides) mashed potatoes w/ beef gravy and salad. Everything was absolutely delicious. The beef liver was very tender, and the real mashed potatoes were very flavorful. The only thing was I asked for gravy on all of it, but it was only on the potatoes, still everything was great. The waitress was very friendly and she was also extremely busy, thus, is why I didn't mention anything about the gravy on the meat. I will definitely go back again. The staff are very friendly. The food was very good. We had Turkey, Stuffing & Mac & Cheese with Crab Soup. . All was homemade and very good. We also had Fried Fish with a double order of Mac & Cheese. The portions were a good size and they prices were inexpensive. Please support our local small businesses.Dine in: Yes

Great food, wonderful waitresses. Clean, always friendly to kid's, elderly, and everyone. Plenty of parking, wheelchair accessible, and baby change in restroom. A great place to eat,excellent food.

First time here and it was OK. Service was good, food just OK. My wife had roast beef that was completely bland and tasteless. I had fried whitefish which was actually pretty good for a non seafood restaurant. Baked beans were just warm pork and beans, there was nothing else in them and no flavor as if anything had been added to season them. Baked potato was good. Wish it had been better, they have an extensive menu and the prices are pretty good, so there are other things I would have liked to try, but overall it was just OK, so probably won't go back.
