People have been raving about the newly remodeled Onyx Nightclub since their pandemic closure with its great music and strong drinks! With hip-hop and house music filling the room, people danced the night away and generally spent 1.5 to 3 hours there. However, one particular customer experienced frustration when the security had trouble seeing that they were in line and sent them to the back, making them miss the 10p VIP list cutoff by 10 minutes. On the other hand, David M, a VIP host, was very helpful. He was professional and understanding, and made one friend's bachelor party memorable! With his help, along with the accommodating cocktail gorgeous babes, everything went smooth and the night was full of memories. Regrettably, some visitors had unpleasant experiences with theft from the club. They claimed to have watched an employee steal a phone from a coat pocket, and when confronted management laughed in their face. Additionally, the entire group of five women were robbed, and their wallets denied transactions the next day. People have also reported an unpleasant atmosphere with overcrowding and people even feeling intimidated. Despite these downsides, people remain overall satisfied with their time at The Onyx Room.
