Hashi-Gawa offers the perfect blend of traditional and modern Japanese cuisine. Chef Rick, who devoted the past 20 years as head sushi chef in various top-notched Japanese restaurants, is the owner and executive chef of Hashi-Gawa. Chef Rick's passion for fine Japanese dining led him to open Hashi-Gawa. He wishes to bring scrumptious, elegant dining experience to the community by serving authentic Japanese flavors using the freshest ingredients, in an ambience that the guests will enjoy.
