Oh but the dessert was unbelievable, I never knew that a NY style cheesecake could be so amazing. Sugar rested atop the cheesecake as they caramelized it using a torch, it added just the right amount of texture and flavor that truly enhanced the dish. Don’t leave without having had the cheesecake!"
