The Claim Company accepts priority seating, not reservations. Booking through OpenTable will ensure you are seated before other walk-in guests. Even with dinner reservations, there may be a wait of 15-20 minutes for parties of up to 4, or up to 30 minutes for parties of 7 and larger. Lunch priority seating is no more than 5 to 10 minutes.
