The 300 seat restaurant includes a 180 seat main dining room, a 20 seat private dining room and 100 seats on the outdoor patio overlooking the famed Las Vegas Strip. The restaurant is open seven days a week dinner starting at 5 pm, with late night dining until 1am. Chef Ralph Scamardella and his team of experienced chefs will treat guests to a culinary journey with selections of classic Italian dishes. A Corporate Executive Chef with the TAO Group for the past two years, Chef Scamardella was raised in an Italian-American household in Brooklyn, New York and showcased his talents as a chef partner at Carmines in New York City.
