PB&J, Phillip Bauer & Jess, are a husband & wife team, combining their varied expertise with a passion to provide a whimsical eating experience, encourage community connections, and present a health-forward Café menu with a “better together” motivation. PB&J Bistro & Café will bring their bold, unique, flavorful spins on conventional dishes along with some well-executed nostalgic classics.
