Instructions
- 1Preheat oven to 400 °F (200 °C). Place cherry tomatoes on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- 2Toss tomatoes with olive oil, sliced garlic, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- 3Roast for 18-20 minutes, shaking pan once halfway through, until tomatoes burst and caramelize around the edges.
- 4Remove tomatoes from oven; let cool 2 minutes so they are piping hot but no longer scorching.
- 5Place burrata on a serving plate. Tear gently in the center to expose the creamy interior.
- 6Spoon the warm roasted tomatoes—along with their juices—over and around the burrata.
- 7Scatter fresh basil strips on top and drizzle generously with balsamic glaze.
- 8Serve immediately with sliced, toasted bread for scooping.

Chef's Notes
To use as a decadent warm salad, spoon tomatoes and burrata over a bed of arugula and add an extra splash of extra-virgin olive oil.
