    Place 18 g of coarsely-ground organic coffee in a rinsed paper filter in the dripper or your brewer.

    Bloom coffee with 60 ml water for 30 seconds, allowing gases to escape.

    Slowly pour the remaining 240 ml water in concentric circles over 2-3 minutes.

    Let the drip finish, remove the filter, and serve immediately.
