Instructions
- 1Preheat oven to 475 °F (245 °C) or according to your oven's pizza setting.
- 2Roll out pizza dough on a floured surface to a 14-inch round; transfer to a parchment-lined baking sheet or pizza pan.
- 3Brush dough lightly with olive oil, then spread pizza sauce evenly, leaving a 1-inch border.
- 4Sprinkle shredded mozzarella over the sauce, covering evenly.
- 5Add chosen toppings—pepperoni, bell peppers, mushrooms, red onions, olives, sausage, etc.—distributing them evenly atop the cheese.
- 6Dust pizza with oregano and garlic powder for extra flavor.
- 7Bake 12–15 minutes, or until crust is golden and cheese is bubbling and slightly browned.
- 8Remove from oven, let rest 2 minutes, then slice and serve hot.
