Ingredients
- 1 can (14 oz)sweetened condensed milk
- 2 tbspunsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 tbspunsalted butter
- 1 cupchocolate sprinkles (for rolling)
- 1 pinchsalt

Instructions
- 1In a small, heavy-bottomed saucepan combine condensed milk, cocoa powder, and butter.
- 2Cook over medium-low heat, stirring constantly with a heatproof spatula for 8–10 minutes until the mixture thickens and pulls away from the bottom and sides of the pan.
- 3Remove from heat, stir in the pinch of salt, and let the mixture cool to room temperature.
- 4Lightly butter your hands and roll cooled mixture into 1-inch balls (makes approximately 20).
- 5Roll each ball in chocolate sprinkles until fully coated.
- 6Place brigadeiros in mini paper cups or on parchment paper and chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
