- 2 lbchicken wings, patted dry
- 1 cupCoca-Cola Zero-Sugar
- 2 tbspsoy sauce
- 2 tbsprice vinegar
- 1 tspgarlic powder
- 1 tsponion powder
- ½ tspblack pepper
- 1 tbspcornstarch
- 1 tbspwater
- 1 tbspneutral oil
- 1 pinchsesame seeds and green onion for garnish

Instructions
- 1Preheat oven to 400 °F (200 °C). Line a baking sheet with parchment.
- 2Toss wings with oil, garlic powder, onion powder, and pepper; spread on sheet in a single layer.
- 3Bake for 25 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and skin renders most fat.
- 4While wings cook, bring Coca-Cola Zero-Sugar, soy sauce, and rice vinegar to a simmer in a saucepan over medium heat until reduced by half and syrupy, about 12–15 minutes.
- 5Dissolve cornstarch in water; whisk into reduced sauce and simmer 1 minute until thick and glossy.
- 6Transfer wings to a bowl, pour glaze over, and toss to coat evenly.
- 7Return wings to oven for 5–7 more minutes until glaze caramelizes.
- 8Plate, sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onion. Serve immediately.
