Ingredients
- 8 ozcorned beef, thinly sliced
- 4 slicesSwiss cheese
- 1/2 cupsauerkraut, drained
- 2 tbspRussian dressing
- 4 slicesrye bread
- 2 tbspbutter, softened
Recipe serves 2 people
Instructions
- 1Preheat skillet or panini press to medium heat
- 2Butter one side of each bread slice
- 3Spread Russian dressing on unbuttered sides of two bread slices
- 4Layer corned beef, Swiss cheese and sauerkraut on dressing
- 5Top with remaining bread, buttered side out
- 6Grill 3-4 minutes per side until golden and cheese is melted
- 7Slice diagonally and serve hot
