Ingredients

  • 8 ozcorned beef, thinly sliced
  • 4 slicesSwiss cheese
  • 1/2 cupsauerkraut, drained
  • 2 tbspRussian dressing
  • 4 slicesrye bread
  • 2 tbspbutter, softened

Instructions

    Preheat skillet or panini press to medium heat

    Butter one side of each bread slice

    Spread Russian dressing on unbuttered sides of two bread slices

    Layer corned beef, Swiss cheese and sauerkraut on dressing

    Top with remaining bread, buttered side out

    Grill 3-4 minutes per side until golden and cheese is melted

    Slice diagonally and serve hot
